Ruth Beer: Invited Artist Talk at the University of Alaska

As part of the Mineral Matters exhibition at Kimura Gallery, Ruth Beer presented a talk on the Trading Routes project, highlighting specific artworks that reference the relationship and context of British Columbia to northern oil extraction and the Exxon Valdez disaster in Alaska. The guest artist lecture was hosted by the University of Alaska’s Faculty of Arts with invitation to the general public.
